PLACING AN ORDER

Orders are placed through PayPal. Once you have selected your items, by adding them to your cart, you then need to proceed to the checkout. The shipping will be added once you reach the checkout and you will be able to review before finalising the purchase. You can also remove items or add items by clicking back to the cart. If you make a mistake, we can easily fix it.

WHY USE PAYPAL?

Paypal is a very secure way of shopping online. A buyer’s information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. Credit card details are not collected and none of your information can be used outside of this site.

OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT

If you are not a PayPal member, at the checkout you will be given the opportunity to sign up. It is the same as using a credit card to pay and only takes a couple of minutes to join. LEAD TIMES AND SHIPPING - HAND WOVEN PRODUCTS

As each item is made to order lead times can vary. Once you place your order you will receive notification via email to let you know when your order will be woven and when you can expect your item to be dispatched. Depending on where you are based delivery can take between 2-10 days to arrive. We send all deliveries through Australia Post as registered post, you will be notified of the tracking number once your item is on its way. REFUNDS/RETURNS

We package all items with care and make sure they are in perfect condition before sending them to you. If your item arrives damaged please contact us straight away to arrange a return. If a refund is required, the item will need to be returned damage free and a copy of your receipt will need to be provided. To resolve any issues promptly please email [email protected]
